Terms & Conditions for Mail Order
There is no minimum order. Postage and Packaging is calculated as you add plants to the basket. You can only cancel your order by telephone up to the point of packaging your plants. All plants are supplied in 9cm pots unless stated. Plants may have been trimmed back to ease packaging. This will not harm the plants and they will quickly rejuvenate when planted.
Delivery
Plants will be dispatched by courier. We send out plants throughout the year and endeavor to post orders promptly but please allow 2 weeks. Plants will be dispatched in good condition. We experience few problems, but if your order parcel does arrive damaged or incomplete please notify us immediately. Any Complaint will be dealt with promptly and considerately.
Payment
You can make payment through PayPay or email us a list and send a cheque in the post. Please make cheques payable to Paugers Plants Limited if sending a cheque.
